Hello! I'm Maddie Maynard, a 19 year old digital and film photographer based in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I've been in the photography industry for going on 5 years, since my freshman year of high school. I picked up photography after I suffered two major injuries which forced me to quit sports. Since I did sports throughout my whole childhood, I picked up a camera and started taking pictures at sports games such as hockey, baseball, lacrosse, and soccer. Along with sports, I've photographed concerts, pets, events, and theatre productions.
At first photography was just a hobby, it hadn't even crossed my mind that I could do photography as a career, and now, I'll be going to college for media arts & photojournalism. I'm extremely excited to see where that takes me, and what I'll do while getting my degrees and after. I'd like to thank everyone who constantly gives me their support, without them, I never would have followed my dream to become a professional photographer.
